Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth patient care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment for each appointment
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Dental terminology and procedures
- Radiographic imaging and interpretation
- Sterilization and infection control protocols
- Patient care and comfort techniques
- Team collaboration and communication
