Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and allied health staff
• Assist patients with daily living activities and promote recovery

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Charting and documentation in electronic health records
• Basic life support and emergency response
