Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient examinations and treatment planning
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
• Take and process dental impressions and records
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care
• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth clinic operations

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience in a dental or orthodontic setting preferred
• Knowledge of infection control protocols

• Orthodontic procedures and appliance management
• Dental instrument handling and sterilization
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Electronic health record (EHR) usage
