Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, various times including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg unit
- Titrate drips and manage medications
- Utilize EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in hourly rounding to improve patient experience
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- 1 year of experience in PCU, Oncology, or MedSurg
- ACLS, BLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
- Experience with EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps preferred
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic life support and advanced cardiac life support skills
