Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 10 hours per day

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic, CVA, MS, and head injuries
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes using ReDoc and Meditech

Qualifications

  • Oregon license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Experience with orthopedic patients, specifically upper extremity therapy
  • Strong clinical skills in occupational therapy

Education

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
