Location: West Jordan, Utah

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and after hours. May require standard hours/shifts as well as flexible hours before and after standard hours/shifts, and overtime or in excess of 40 hours in a work week.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including ADL retraining, patient education, and manual therapy
Participate in professional responsibilities, including documentation, program development, and teaching
Work with patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and other technology to enhance patient care

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
BLS certification
Previous experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit preferred
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
