Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
Develop and implement physical therapy plans of care
Work with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Physical therapy degree required
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but not required, training provided

Education

Physical therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
