Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and every third holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU setting
  • Titrate drips and manage medications
  • Monitor patients with cardiac, nephrology, and neurological conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent care
  • Participate in unit-specific orientation and ongoing education

Qualifications

  • Current RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Experience in a PCU or similar setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

  • Cardiac monitoring
  • Drip titration
  • EEG monitoring
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIHSS
