Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, specialized care to critically ill newborns in the NICU
• Monitor and assess vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators
• Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate and support families during their NICU journey
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required
• DCI/BVP certification preferred
• Experience in NICU or critical care nursing is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and ventilator management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of infection control and neonatal protocols
