Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in a fast‑paced medical‑surgical unit
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical‑surgical nursing
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
