Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontic procedures with precision
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each appointment
• Maintain accurate patient records and charting
• Collaborate closely with orthodontists to ensure optimal care
• Ensure strict adherence to sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Orthodontic certification required
• Experience in dental assisting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

• Orthodontic procedures and appliance management
• Dental equipment handling and maintenance
• Patient care and comfort techniques
• Sterilization and infection control protocols
• Electronic health record (EHR) proficiency
