Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care to residents in the Parkersburg Care Center
• Assist physicians with procedures and patient assessments
• Administer medications accurately and on schedule
• Document patient assessments and care plans in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
• Educate patients and families about health management and self‑care

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in West Virginia
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
