Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct, compassionate patient care for medical-surgical patients
Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs to catch changes early
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for continuity of care
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery steps
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state license
Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Strong clinical assessment skills and clear communication abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and prioritizing patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care best practices and safety principles
Monitoring and interpreting vital signs
Medication administration and treatment protocols
Accurate record keeping and clinical documentation
Patient and family education techniques
Effective collaboration with healthcare teams
Clinical assessment and strong communication
