Location: Lowville, NY

Start Date: 08-24-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
Assist with deliveries, including emergency procedures
Administer medications and manage pain relief options
Educate patients on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in New York (or compact state) - must be currently active
Minimum 2 years of recent labor and delivery experience
Current ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications
Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
Quick start availability
