Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to laboring patients
• Assist in deliveries and support mothers
• Monitor fetal heart tones and maternal vitals
• Collaborate with obstetric team to ensure safe outcomes
• Document patient assessments and interventions
• Educate patients and families on labor and newborn care

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Virginia
• Experience in Labor & Delivery preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
