Location: Mount Clemens, Michigan

Start Date: 06-29-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 36 hours guaranteed per week, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 60

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to mothers throughout labor and delivery
Support families during the postpartum recovery journey
Monitor and nurture newborns in the nursery setting
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe deliveries
Educate new parents on newborn care and recovery

Qualifications

Active Michigan nursing license
Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN certifications required
Level 1 nursery experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong Labor and Delivery expertise
Postpartum care knowledge
Newborn nursery skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
