Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate critical care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute life-saving treatment plans
Advocate fiercely for patients and their families during vulnerable moments
Utilize advanced skills to manage ventilators, drips, and complex conditions with confidence
Educate patients and loved ones, empowering them through challenging recoveries

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 1-2 years of ICU experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Proficiency with cardiac rhythms and emergency protocols
Excellent communication for high-stress team environments
Dedication to evidence-based critical care practices
