Location: Fort Morgan, CO
Start Date: 06-15-2026
End Date: 09-14-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible scheduling with potential for occasional weekend on-call
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with various diagnoses, including developmental delay, autism, and orthopedic conditions
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
- Participate in department-specific orientation and ongoing training
Qualifications
- Current PT license in Colorado
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Some experience working with pediatric patients
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Pediatric physical therapy experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
