Physical Therapist
Location: West Jordan, Utah
Start Date: 06-15-2026
End Date: 09-14-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and after hours. May require standard hours/shifts as well as flexible hours before and after standard hours/shifts, and overtime or in excess of 40 hours in a work week.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab units
- Develop and implement therapeutic interventions, including ADL retraining and patient education
- Participate in professional responsibilities, including documentation and program development
- Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- BLS certification
- Previous experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab units
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
Education
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Neuromuscular re-education
