Location: Valley City, North Dakota

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients in a Home Health setting
- Develop and implement physical therapy plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Document patient progress and outcomes
- Provide high-quality patient care
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy License in North Dakota
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ year of experience in Physical Therapy
- Experience in Home Health setting
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
Education
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy techniques and modalities
- Home Health and Hospice care
- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) - HomeCare/HomeBase
- Communication and interpersonal skills
