Shift Type: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate Home Health visits

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Treat patients with a variety of diagnoses, including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
- Conduct physical therapy sessions in patients' homes
- Maintain accurate records and timesheets for billing purposes
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification
- Experience working in Home Health or similar setting (new grads considered in extreme cases)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Completion of clinical training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Patient assessment and treatment planning
- Time management and organization
