Radiologic Technologist - Imaging X-Ray

Location: Hilo, HI

Start Date: 06-15-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Varied shifts including days, 8-hour and 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities, and 5 eight-hour shifts Monday-Friday. Average of 3 days of call per month. No guarantee of hours or time requested off.

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate radiographic equipment including DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment
Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in radiographic equipment operation
Maintain radiation safety and protocols
Work independently with minimal supervision
Provide 'flex' coverage at additional facilities

Qualifications

Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
