Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient physical status
Collect and record necessary patient data
Plan and deliver high-quality patient care
Supervise personnel and coordinate with other departments
Maintain a sterile field and ensure patient safety

Qualifications

California Registered Nurse License
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Operating Room nursing

Education

Current California Registered Nurse License

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Intervention implementation and evaluation
Communication and critical thinking
Team collaboration and leadership
