Pharmacist Manager

Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Start Date: 06-09-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Day shift, Monday - Friday, working 40-hours per week. Must be willing to fill in on evenings/overnights/weekends if staffing needs arise.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $99 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and enforce policies and procedures to promote safe and cost-effective medication use
Supervise pharmacy personnel and evaluate their performance
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Assure adequate control and documentation of controlled substances
Participate in committees and functions required by the organization

Qualifications

Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy Degree
Pharm D required
Current Colorado Pharmacy license in good standing
Demonstrated leadership in pharmacy operations and clinical pharmacy services
Strong regulatory knowledge, clinical judgment, communication, and teaching skills
