Shift Type: 40 hours per week, flexible schedule to accommodate Home Health visits, typically 5-6 patients per day

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Treat patients with various diagnoses, including cardio, pulmonary, orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric conditions
Conduct physical therapy sessions in patients' homes
Maintain accurate records and timesheets for billing purposes

Qualifications

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) certification
Experience working in Home Health setting (new grads considered in extreme cases)
2 professional references from modality submitting to (charge accepted) required

Education

Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and modalities
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Communication and interpersonal skills
