Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Bill Rate: $40.00-$52.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that improve mobility and function
Deliver hands-on therapy and guide therapeutic exercise programs to maximize recovery
Document patient progress accurately and timely in the medical record system
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania or eligible for licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Comfortable with outpatient/rehab patient populations and clinic workflows
Strong communication and teamwork skills; dependable with a professional presence

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy or equivalent considered

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient evaluation, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy techniques
Proficient documentation and clinical reasoning to track outcomes
Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and adjust interventions based on progress
Good time management to handle a busy caseload while maintaining quality care

Benefits
