Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient procedures and appliance adjustments
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for each appointment
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon software
• Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care
• Ensure strict infection‑control standards are followed at all times
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate follow‑up visits

Qualifications

• Ortho certification required
• Dental Assistant certification or equivalent
• Experience in an orthodontic setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient‑service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures and appliances
• Proficiency with Denticon or similar dental software
• Understanding of infection‑control protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and accurate documentation
