Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist with patient preparation and instrument setup
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment plans in Denticon
• Ensure infection control standards are met for every procedure
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage front‑desk flow

Qualifications

• Current Orthodontic Dental Assistant certification
• Previous experience in an orthodontic or dental office
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with Denticon or similar dental software
• Understanding of orthodontic appliances and treatment protocols
• Ability to sterilize instruments and maintain a clean clinical environment
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities
