Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $95 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage staff schedules and timecards
Respond to incident reports and escalate staff issues
Coordinate new supply procurement and patient service recovery
Conduct daily operations and manage over 60 FTE
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree
2 years of perioperative experience
1 year of manager experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Preferred experience with Cerner and travel

Education

Bachelor's degree required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Knowledge of perioperative nursing practices and procedures
Experience with staff management and development
