Shift Type: AM/PM shifts, weekend coverage based on caseload, on-call required (discussed at interview)
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $43.00 - $52.00/hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform and process portable X-rays using digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment, ensuring diagnostic-quality images
- Unload and transport portable X-ray equipment into facilities to perform exams ordered by physicians
- Perform EKGs as needed and transmit them to a cardiologist for interpretation
- Scan and submit exam paperwork and billing documents daily, following protocol
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and management to coordinate patient visits
- Maintain the vehicle and X-ray equipment to ensure readiness and safety
- Interact professionally with peers, supervisors, and clients to deliver exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Must maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good standing
- COVID-19 vaccination required (or approved exemption)
- California state license as a Radiologic Technologist
- Ability to push/pull 50-100 lbs, as required for mobile radiography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in X-Ray, Digital Radiography (DR), and Computed Radiography (CR)
- EKG acquisition and transmission
- Portable radiography equipment operation
- Infection control and safety practices
- Time management and adaptability to changing caseloads
- Professional communication with patients, facility staff, and dispatch
