Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate hands-on patient care that makes a real difference
Monitor vital signs and administer medications with precision and care
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
Assist with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and recovery
Document patient progress accurately to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license in good standing
Current state or federal issued identification
Ready to wear your photo badge with pride at all times
BLS certification preferred
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Valid LPN or RN nursing license from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment abilities
Excellent medication administration skills
Effective communication with patients and teams
Proficiency in patient documentation
Adaptability in a fast-paced facility environment
