Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent care
Qualifications
- Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Maryland
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Diploma or degree in nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
