Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a rehab setting
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in Maryland
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a rehab or acute care setting is a plus
