Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor patient conditions and document care thoroughly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maine
• Completion of COVID-19 vaccine series or approved religious/medical exemption
• Current state or federally issued identification for facility compliance
• Ability to wear a photo badge and follow facility protocols
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and teammates
• Knowledge of EHR documentation and nursing best practices
• Ability to prioritize care and work independently
• Commitment to infection control and safety standards
