Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse - Per Diem
Location: Camden, Maine
Start Date: 08-29-2026
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: As needed, AP shift 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (30-minute meal break)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Assess residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants to ensure quality care
- Document patient care thoroughly and timely
- Communicate effectively with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maine (or compact state, if applicable)
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- Valid state or federal issued identification
- Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and proficiency with medical equipment
- Patient assessment and critical thinking
- Accurate clinical documentation
- Compassionate communication and bedside manner
- Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
