Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Assess residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants to ensure quality care
• Document patient care thoroughly and timely
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Maine (or compact state, if applicable)
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Valid state or federal issued identification
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and proficiency with medical equipment
• Patient assessment and critical thinking
• Accurate clinical documentation
• Compassionate communication and bedside manner
• Teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
