Shift Type: Wednesday, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM (30-minute meal break)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring safety and accuracy
- Monitor and document residents' conditions, vitals, and responses to interventions
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and uphold facility policies
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism and calm
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented medical/religious exemption
- Ability to provide high-quality, empathetic care to residents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be willing to wear a photo badge and present state/federal ID at the facility
Knowledge & Skills
- Sound clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in medication administration and patient monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team
- Compassion, patience, and a resident-first mindset
