Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring safety and accuracy
• Monitor and document residents' conditions, vitals, and responses to interventions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and update care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and uphold facility policies
• Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies with professionalism and calm

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented medical/religious exemption
• Ability to provide high-quality, empathetic care to residents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be willing to wear a photo badge and present state/federal ID at the facility

Knowledge & Skills

• Sound clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a care team
• Compassion, patience, and a resident-first mindset
