Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' health, document changes, and communicate with the care team
• Collaborate with nurses and care staff to ensure individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and families

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Must be able to provide a state or federal issued identification for facility badging

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Proficient medication administration and documentation
• Effective communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
