Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor, document, and promptly report changes in patient condition during your shift
Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, feeding assistance, and safe patient transfers
Communicate clearly with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow facility policies and infection-control procedures
Support residents' dignity and independence through respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification required
Local candidates only — reliable transportation required
Willingness to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and every other weekend
Ability to complete facility onboarding, background checks, and required screenings
Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills

Education

Certified Nursing Assistant / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and assistance with ADLs
Vital signs monitoring and accurate documentation
Patient safety and infection-control best practices
Time management and teamwork, especially on night shift
Clear, respectful communication with patients and staff
