Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate therapy to support mental health and family wellness
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions that make a real difference
Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver holistic care
Handle on-call duties one week to ensure continuous support

Qualifications

Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
Experience in mental health or medical settings preferred
California license in good standing
Ready for a dynamic contract role

Education

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
LMFT licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in marriage and family therapy techniques
Strong crisis intervention and counseling skills
Excellent communication and empathy
Ability to thrive in a medical outpatient environment
