Qualifications
- Active GNA certification in Maryland
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
- Reliable and compassionate demeanor
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care preferred
Education
- GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care fundamentals
- Excellent communication with residents and staff
- Attention to detail in daily health monitoring
- Empathy and patience in supporting vulnerable populations
