Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral health assessments
• Perform scaling and polishing to maintain patient oral hygiene
• Educate patients on proper oral care practices
• Document treatment plans accurately
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Virginia
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures
• Knowledge of oral health regulations and best practices
• Ability to use dental software and electronic health records
• Attention to detail and precision in clinical work
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
