Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and examinations
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed
• Provide preventive care and oral health counseling

Qualifications

• Valid Dental Hygienist license in Virginia
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene techniques and equipment
• Knowledge of oral health regulations and safety protocols
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Patient education and counseling abilities
• Team collaboration and support
