Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical emergency care to a high volume of patients
• Utilize EPIC for accurate charting and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and mid‑level providers
• Perform phlebotomy and medication administration
• Troubleshoot respiratory equipment and support ventilator care
• Assist with behavioral health patients and safe rooms
• Support charge nurse and coordinate patient flow
• Participate in orientation and preceptor‑led training

Qualifications

• 2+ years of emergency nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and ENPC certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, resource‑limited environment
• Self‑sufficient and comfortable caring for high‑acuity patients
• Valid nursing license in Georgia (compact license for Tennessee coverage)
