Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide critical emergency care to patients in the ER
• Interpret telemetry and point‑of‑care lab results
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality care
• Float across multiple ER locations within a 60‑mile zone
• Maintain accurate charting in EPIC
• Adhere to patient‑to‑nurse ratios
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Valid RN license and current driver's license
• Ability to float across multiple ER sites
• Comfortable with 12‑hour day shifts
• Strong telemetry interpretation skills
• Proficiency in point‑of‑care lab testing
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
