Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide dental hygiene services including scaling, polishing, and preventive care
• Manage 30-minute patient appointment slots efficiently
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care techniques
• Collaborate with dental assistants to prepare patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure a comfortable, positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred
• Strong communication and patient interaction skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques and instruments
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
