Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent medical-surgical or telemetry experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
• Knowledge of medication administration and IV therapy
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Adaptability to changing patient conditions
