Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments to help patients achieve their best smiles
• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral hygiene techniques
• Take and review dental x-rays as needed to aid in diagnosis
• Assist the dentist during procedures and ensure a smooth patient experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms to ensure a safe environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia (required)
• CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered approach
• Ability to work flexible per diem shifts as needed
• Prior experience in a dental office is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Skilled in patient education and communication
• Proficient with dental software and charting tools
• Strong attention to detail and infection control practices
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with a dental team
