Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care with a patient-first approach
• Perform thorough cleanings, assess oral health, and take dental x-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
• Partner with dentists to provide comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure a safe, clean environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and patient interaction abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
• Compassionate and engaging patient education skills
• Adaptability to different practice environments
