Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to patients
• Perform thorough cleanings, assessments, and X-rays as needed
• Educate patients on comprehensive oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with dentists and staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Follow infection control and sterilization protocols diligently

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a dental office setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene instruments and procedures
• Proficiency in dental radiography
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient education techniques
• Attention to detail and infection control practices
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
