Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care to acute patients
• Assist patients with daily living activities
• Monitor vital signs and report changes promptly
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff and physicians
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in Indiana
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina to lift and transfer patients
